What are your hours?
All sessions are scheduled by appointment.
How long is a session?
Sessions are generally 50 to 60 minutes long, except in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, which can run longer.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
I require a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a canceled session fee of $75.
How do I set up an appointment?

You can call me at (215) 872-9254 or complete a contact form, and I will reach out to you to set up an appointment. I also offer a free 20-minute call to make sure I am a good fit for you and will be able to help you.

Do you accept insurance?
No, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
What if I can’t come to you?
Virtual/telehealth sessions are available.
With what ages do you work?
I work with men, women, and children, ages 2 and up.
What is a session like with you?

I meet you where you are in the moment, listen, and work with you to problem solve and adjust your self-talk and coping skills.

What modalities do you use?
I use several evidence-based modalities, individualized to meet your specific needs. These include Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, exposure therapy, specialized trauma approaches, and play therapy.
What is Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)?
PCIT is a well-researched approach to working with younger children exhibiting disruptive behavior such as temper tantrums, defiance, destruction, or aggression. It involves a coaching component that allows me to help parents become their own at-home “play therapist.”
I see you are a Penn State Alumni. Are they as loyal as I hear they are?
Yes, we love our school that much – I think there is something in the water up there. What can I say, except WE ARE!
Cats or Dogs?

I love all animals – I’m the person who takes spiders and bugs outside and releases them.

I’m very allergic to cats, so I don’t live with them. But it doesn’t stop me from cuddling with them when given the opportunity. I’m definitely a dog person but would love to have a small farm of all animals.
